Message	It's a putty that you knead together to activate. It sticks to all metals including plastic. It sets quick and can be sanded,drilled, tapped,etc. It's like JB Weld except much friendlier to work with. I've used it on everything from plugging exhaust manifolds, reattaching a rear view mirror to glass, to gluing plastic bits together. It would be overkill for your application, since it can function at 500^F and very high pressures, but it's very useful for everything.
